QUALIFICATION: WORK IN INTERMEDIATE ZONES+BREAKS

MATERIAL: PETOS, CHINESE, 2 SMALL GOALS, BALLS

SPACE: 40X15

DURATION: 4 SERIES OF 4 MINS. THEN ROLE CHANGE

DESCRIPTION: We play in 3 spaces an 8vs6. We distribute a team in zone 1 with a structure of 2 center backs + 2 outsiders + 1 pivot, then 2 players in the intermediate zone (called zone 2) and an advanced player in zone 3. and 6 players defend zone 4 behind them. The attacking team cannot leave its zones and the defending team chooses the structure of how to defend. If they steal they have to score goals in the small goals.

GOALS:

MBC (MOMENT WITH BALL)

  • Identify receptors
  • player orientations in intermediate zones
  • look away first to connect with advanced
  • exterior at first or second height
  • If I do not intervene in the active zone, I compensate

MSB (MOMENT WITHOUT BALL)

  • First stalker guides pressure
  • avoid distances between lines
  • identify time to jump or to stay
