TITLE: WORK INTERMEDIATE AREAS + RUPTURES

MATERIAL: BIBS, CHINS, 2 SMALL GOALS, BALLS

SPACE: 40X15

DURATION: 4 SETS OF 4 MIN. THEN ROLE CHANGE

DESCRIPTION: We play in 3 spaces an 8vs6. We distribute a team in zone 1 with a structure of 2 central defenders + 2 outside players + 1 pivot, then 2 players in the intermediate zone (called zone 2) and an advanced player in zone 3. and 6 players defend zone 4 behind them. The attacking team cannot get out of their zones and the defending team chooses the structure of how to defend. If they steal they have to score a goal in the small goals.

OBJECTIVES:

MBC (MOMENT WITH THE BALL)

  • player orientations in intermediate zones
  • look away first to connect with advanced
  • exteriors in first or second height
  • if I don't intervene in the active zone, I compensate

MSB (MOMENT OFF THE BALL)

  • avoid distances between lines
  • identify time to jump or stay
  • spaces behind last line guard
