He Master in Technology, Big Data and use of GPS in Sport, is aimed at the training of a professional fully trained in the management of a large volume of data and information, which leads to decision-making in sports entities. All from descriptive analysis and relying on qualitative and quantitative techniques.
Big data applications in sports are becoming more relevant day by day. From the player database, the interpretations of previous results, to devices that allow the performance of competitors to be controlled, they have allowed sports teams to maximize efficiency. That is why the Master of Big data applied to sports will allow you to learn how to use software, Apps and programs with great calculation capacity, for the different analyzes inherent to the performance and competitive efficiency of organizations.
Goals:
- Empower the student in Data Science.
- Provide knowledge in Big data and sports.
- Train in the use of programs and data languages such as Python, SQL, among others.
- Promote data analyst thinking to solve problems associated with the team.
- Develop programs for the analysis and interpretation of information, through the use of programming language.
- Define the architecture of Big data in sports.
- Know and manage different storage technologies such as NoSQL, among many others, to know how to select and apply them correctly.
- Recognize the tools to visualize projects, based on technological data. And correctly handle commercial tools and
communications to expand the business, in an attractive and highly effective way.
At the end of the degree, the student will have the ability to respond efficiently to the demands of the sports entity, to increase its performance and operation, supported by Technology through Big data in sports and GPS.
Virtual classroom: The courses are taught entirely online. They are carried out through our virtual campus which is accessed from the cover of our website, www.futbollab.com, through the Virtual Classroom Access button. From there you can access syllabi, explanatory presentations, demonstration videos, teacher analysis, and tasks that the teachers send and correct.
Tutors: The teachers offer continuous tutoring, establishing telephone and/or videoconference tutorials explaining any doubts that may arise. They guide your training evolution throughout the course, depending on your profile and level of dedication or study schedule.
