TITLE: CONNECT IN INTERIOR HALLWAY+TRANSITIONS

MATERIAL: PETOS, CHINESE, 3 SMALL GOALS, BALLS

SPACE: 75x45

DURATION: 4 SERIES OF 6 MINS. THEN ROLE CHANGE

DESCRIPTION: We face 2 structures that simulate 1-4-4-2 and 1-4-3-3. The team

blue starts a 4 vs 3 in the central zone trying to score a goal in one of the 3 goals

small. On standby there are 2 blue ones simulating the central ones and 3 red ones off the hook. After robbery,

The reds have to connect with the forwards and score a goal, while the blues return.

GOALS:

BLUE (1-4-4-2)

  • diagonal passes
  • exterior orientations
  • If they steal and the ball reaches the outside hallway, who jumps?
  • pivot merge with last line

REDS (1-4-3-3)

  • Harassment trajectories
  • management of the first defensive interval
  • recognize first receiver after robbery
  • occupy area finishing zones (different heights)
