blue starts a 4 vs 3 in the central zone trying to score a goal in one of the 3 goals
small. On standby there are 2 blue ones simulating the central ones and 3 red ones off the hook. After robbery,
The reds have to connect with the forwards and score a goal, while the blues return.
GOALS:
BLUE (1-4-4-2)
- diagonal passes
- exterior orientations
- If they steal and the ball reaches the outside hallway, who jumps?
- pivot merge with last line
REDS (1-4-3-3)
- Harassment trajectories
- management of the first defensive interval
- recognize first receiver after robbery
- occupy area finishing zones (different heights)
