Official Grade Level in Football Level 2

    The middle grade PRESENT sports coach in level 2 football, is a official academic degree approved and regulated by Royal Decree 320/2000 of 3 March and Royal Decree 1913/1997 of 19 December.

    Corresponds to the second and last level to obtain the degree of a mid-level sports coach in football. These teachings have been designed in order to equip students with sufficient knowledge to enable them to exercise their functions competently.

    According to this generic objective, emphasis is placed on achieving a complete formation, with a balance between the theoretical and practical character of it, so that the training process is linked to the scientific-technical and social reality of football.

    The qualification of a mid-level sports coach in football, level 2, proves that the holder has the necessary skills to program and teach football with a view to perfecting the technical and tactical execution of the athlete, as well as performing the training of athletes And football teams.

      • To direct to his level the physical conditioning of soccer players in function of the sport performance.

      • To direct teams or athletes in soccer competitions, enforcing the rules of the competitions.

      • Perform the tactical approach applicable to the sport competition.

      • To direct athletes or teams in their technical and tactical performance during the competition.

      • Evaluate the performance of the athlete or team after the competition.

      • Control the availability of health care on the playing fields.

      • Collaborate in the detection of individuals with physical and psychic characteristics susceptible of being introduced in high performance sports processes.

      • Establish the action plan for the development of football activities in order to achieve the proposed sports objective, guaranteeing the safety conditions, due to the physical condition and the interests of the practitioners.

      • Detect and interpret technical information related to their work, in order to incorporate new techniques and trends, and use new equipment and materials in the sector.

      • Detect and interpret the technological, organizational, economic and social changes that affect the professional activity.

      • To have a global and integrative vision of the process, understanding the function of facilities and equipment and the technical, pedagogical, organizational, economic and human dimensions of their work
