Presentation

With the Course of Master in Management of High Performance Teams We will learn to take the entire sports entity from the highest part to the coach and his staff.

The organization and the system To follow is very important when managing a sports entity. These must be taken into account vital factors since if they are not fulfilled we can turn a good project into a disaster.

We will carry the control of the coordination of the sports entity, financial control, equipment for sports use, sports facilities, the first team staff and all the lower categories.

When we talk about high performance, we mean first level teams where they not only compete at the national level, but also expand to international championships. It involves a high level of competition and a level of maturity.

Also how to interpret the needs of each group and solve possible problems that arise (economic, travel, calendar).

Goals

The objectives of the Master are to provide the student with knowledge in effective team management taking into account all factors both at the mental level and the organization itself, both in training sessions and in games. The management of people is a differentiating factor of excellence in management, in any area of sport. People make a team and their correct management determines success in achieving goals. For this reason, this course aims to develop and improve the management of the players, a competence that influences the efficiency of the teams that work under responsibility and, therefore, improve the effectiveness of the team as a whole. The knowledge about the tasks and responsibilities necessary to achieve success are extremely complex within the work of a group director, both at a methodological level and as regards factors to take into account. In this course we explain everything you need to lead effectively.

This training program will be carried out taking into account the following points:

Virtual classroom: The courses are taught entirely online. They are carried out through our virtual campus which is accessed from the front page of our website, www.futbollab.com, through the button Access to the Virtual Classroom. From there you will be able to enter syllabi, explanatory presentations, demonstrative videos, analysis of the teachers, tasks that the teachers send and correct.

Tutors: The teachers offer continuous tutoring, establishing tutorials over the phone and/or by videoconference, explaining the doubts that may arise, and will guide your training evolution throughout the course, depending on your profile and level of dedication or study schedule. As we have indicated, the syllabus, videos, articles, interviews with experts... are part of your evolution in the course, so you will carry out periodic exercises that the teacher corrects to give you the clearest idea of the topic that is being working.

Evaluation: At the end of the course you will carry out a final project that will encompass all the areas studied and that will always involve the development of a real case, since from FutbolLab we want our courses at all times to be directed to the real training situation that the technicians are in their teams.
